WHO IS IT FOR?

Anyone who needs to be able to deliver persuasive and clear proposals or analyses to others.

JCO has a special ability in helping improve these skills when the presentations are across cultural boundaries (e.g. from Europe to the Japanese Headquarters).

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

You will understand what your audience needs and how to structure, deliver and follow up on a clear and impactful presentation. Speaking in public is often a source of fear and anxiety for many people. With proper preparation, the experience can be transformed into a confidence-building and persuasive event. Good presenters can maximize their personal influence through impact and clarity. By putting the audience first, real connections are made and powerful communication is assured.

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize the primacy of the needs and wants of the audience
  • Structure the presentation for maximum memorization and impact

  • Handle question sessions with authority and calm
  • Communication: how to become more effective in communicating with Japanese colleagues (characteristics, role plays and best practices)
