JCO regularly offers public courses in different countries that focus on business culture and will greatly improve mutual understanding, communication and efficiency when working with Japanese or non-Japanese colleagues.
These public events allow individual colleagues to be trained if you do not have the numbers, capacity or finances to invest in private, in-house training. We recommend that participants have at least three months of experience working in a Japanese company or with (non-)Japanese colleagues before joining the training. The participant will be better able to relate to the discussions and potentially bring personal experiences to the group. These training are given face-to-face or via online training for Japanese and non-Japanese colleagues.
